Refund policy
At Lost Local, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as custom or final sale products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or item of equal value. To get started, contact us at service@lostlocal.co with your order number and details. If you prefer a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For returns or exchanges, contact us at service@lostlocal.co to initiate the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
