Dancing, Donating, and Giving Back – Lost Local Joins HuskyTHON!

Big news! Lost Local is once again teaming up with HuskyTHON, UConn’s legendary 18-hour dance marathon, on March 8 to raise money for Connecticut Children's Medical Center. And to make it even sweeter, a portion of all Lost Local proceeds will go straight to the cause!

For those who don’t know, HuskyTHON is a year-long fundraising effort run by UConn students, culminating in a massive dance party “For The Kids.” It’s one of the biggest Children’s Miracle Network Dance Marathons in the country and has raised over $13 million to help kids get the care they need.

We’ve been working closely with Nora Casey, a rockstar leader at HuskyTHON, who’s been putting in the work to make this year’s event bigger than ever.

And this one’s extra special—Lost Local’s founders, Alex Swanski and Brendan Kelley, are both UConn grads, so heading back to Storrs to support this incredible event just feels right.

Want to join the fun? Grab some gear, show your support, and help us make a difference. See you on the dance floor, Huskies!
